KARACHI
: Pakistan Navy Air Defense Units on Wednesday successfully tested a surface-to-air missile.                       

                                                                                                                                                                  According to the Pakistan Navy spokesman, all the missiles successfully hit their targets. Pakistan Navy Chief Admiral Amjad Khan Niazi observed the missile test.


He expressed complete satisfaction over the operational readiness of Pakistan Navy.


The Naval Chief said that Pakistan Navy has full capability to respond to any aggression.


The spokesman said that the successful test of the missile was a testament to the operational capabilities and combat readiness of the Pakistan Navy.



Earlier in April, the Pakistan Navy had successfully tested a missile in the North Arabian Sea.


According to the Pakistan Navy spokesman, the locally manufactured cruise missile is capable of anti-ship and land attack. Vice Chief of the Naval Staff Vice Admiral Kaleem Shaukat witnessed the direct firing on the Pakistan Navy ship.
